It has been an unusual Spring and we are predicting high temperatures throughout the summer. We hope you enjoy this desert inspired cocktail, perfect for when low precipitation is expected.
2 oz white tequila (Herradera Silver)
1/2 oz Cinnamon simple syrup
1/2 oz Pear Brandy (Koval)
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice.
Shake and serve over ice. Garnish with a few drops of Fees bitters and a cinnamon stick.
Note: To make cinnamon simple syrup simmer 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar and 2 cinnamon sticks. (Experiment with different varieties of cinnamon for more exotic spice profiles.) Cool and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
